You can cancel your booking any time before 48 hours of your scheduled flight departure. If it is less than 48 hours, you have to connect with the respective airline directly for cancellations. To make amendments in less than 48 hours prior of the scheduled flight, passengers need to call us at 096 9999 1010 or directly get in touch with the respective airline.
The flight cancellation charge depends on the airline, the sector and class of booking and the time of cancellation. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Musafir.com India also charges an additional Rs 250 per passenger as cancellation fee.
Once the cancellation process is initiated, you will receive your ticket refund within 3 to 15 working days. It will be credited back to the same account from which the booking was confirmed. Sometimes the refund process takes longer depending on the airline process.
